LIMITED CARRIER’S RISK pursuant to Carriage of Goods Act 1979 ALL UNPROTECTED GOODS unconditionally carried at owner’s risk.

OWNERS’S RISK: This means that the carrier will pay NO COMPENSATION if the goods are lost or damaged unless he intentionally loses them. These goods are to be carried at “$ DECLARED VALUE RISK”.

All accounts are payable by the 20th of the month following delivery. If the account is not paid within 30 days of the due date, our debt recovery agency may charge you a fee equal to 25% of the unpaid portion of the due amount. You will be liable for any fees (Solicitor/Debt/Collection agency) incurred during the process of recovering an overdue account.
